Eric Gratz

Director of Development for Weyland Ventures’ Common Bond Hotel Collection, Eric Gratz joined Weyland in 2013, propelling Weyland’s signature combination of historic rehabilitation and new construction projects across Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. Under his guidance, Weyland expanded their portfolio to over one million square feet of real estate, comprised of commercial office space, retail, restaurants, residential units, and the recently unveiled, Common Bond Hotel Collection. Prior to joining Weyland Ventures, Gratz led teams that developed and commercialized innovative medical devices. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Dartmouth College. Gratz lives in the Highlands neighborhood of Louisville with his wife Mariah and their two children.
