Mike Mattingly

Director of Finance of Weyland Ventures’ Common Bond Hotel Collection, Mike Mattingly has been working alongside Bill Weyland for over 26 years. Mattingly’s experience in real estate development and management finance—including extensive knowledge of various tax credits—has been integral to the Weyland Ventures’ success story. As a certified Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent, Mattingly is involved with a variety of projects around Louisville, from The Glassworks and Louisville Slugger Museum to the Whiskey Row Lofts and the Henry Clay. A native of Louisville, Mike Mattingly is at his core a family man. Whether at a concert, camping, or on a trip to the beach, Mattingly prioritizes his children and grandchildren.
