Director of Revenue Management for Weyland Ventures’ Common Bond Hotel Collection, Ashely Manco’s skillful identification of revenue growth strategies, forecasting, and sales are integral to Common Bond’s success and its ability to develop new verticals. A seasoned veteran of the hospitality industry, Weyland Venture’s unveiling of Common Bond Hotel Collection is familiar territory for Manco. Prior to joining Common Bond, Manco was with 21c Museum Hotels for fifteen years, holding various positions at all levels of hotel management, from the front desk in Louisville to the corporate office, while playing a role with the openings of eight hotels. A graduate of Morehead State University and a native of Flemingsburg, KY. Manco’s energy in the office is matched by her active lifestyle and hobbies. From co-ed softball leagues and disc golf to fishing and hiking, Manco loves being on the go and spending time with her children Violet and Nolan.
