Craig Pishotti is a creative visionary boasting a breadth of experience with successful lifestyle brands and boutique hotels. As Co-Founder of Common Bond Hotel Collection and COO of Weyland Ventures Hospitality , Pishotti is the driving creative force behind Weyland’s lifestyle focused subsidiaries. His fluency in hospitality, real estate development, and design enables him to create vibrant working and living spaces that are informed by and complement their surrounding communities. Common Bond Hotel Collection, the boutique hotel series recently unveiled by Weyland Ventures, realizes Pishotti’s unique style in practice. A collection of revitalized properties in Kentucky’s iconic Bourbon Country™, with each hotel showcasing a bespoke design. A blend of nostalgia and new, the Common Bond Hotel Collection is bold and breathtaking, reflective of the ingenuity and creative spirit of Pishotti himself.
The idea for Common Bond Hotel Collection was initially born during the COVID-19 Pandemic. With a focus on community, Pishotti and his team put concept to paper, bringing to life the vision for a boutique hotel experience that fosters the ties that bind.
A graduate of Cornell University, Pishotti served at the helm of several real estate ventures, most notably as head of New York City's WeWork, during the Company's expansion phase as the fastest growing start-up in U.S. history. Pishotti also served as Vice President of Hotel Operations for the 21c Brand, where he proved the viability of independent hotels beyond large markets like New York City, Miami, and Los Angeles. His hospitality portfolio also includes the development of boutique resorts and villas such as Casa Chameleon in Costa Rica, as well as the University of Miami's THesis Hotel.
